Before transitioning fully into real estate, Tiffany worked in the mortgage industry as a Creative Director, where she built the marketing department from the ground up and led brand strategy and marketing initiatives. She later served as Director of Finance, Administration, and Sales & Marketing for a West Michigan restoration company, further strengthening her skills in operations, organization, and financial oversight.
Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2020, Tiffany has primarily focused on the purchase side of the business.
